The Ingredient Story

Meet apples. It's that one fruit that keeps you away from doctors, apparently. There's a good reason for it: they're high in fiber and vitamin C. The fiber content helps support heart health by lowering cholesterol. Studies also show that eating apples lowers your risk of diabetes.

You know cinnamon. It's a popular spice and, scientifically speaking, makes you feel more festive. It not only adds a great flavor to many dishes and smoothies (wink), it's highly nutritious. It's loaded with antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties.

You've tried bananas. They're a popular ingredient in smoothies and, you know, the world. Bananas have a high potassium content, which helps regulate fluid levels in the body. They can also help lower your blood pressure, which makes them very appealing. Get it?

How to Blend

First, tear off the orange tab completely.

Through the flap of your cup, add liquid to the relevant fill line. We recommend milk or dairy-free milk for this recipe. Close the flap tightly.

After adding liquid, squeeze your cup repeatedly to ensure the food isn't stuck to the bottom of the cup.

Place the cup upside down in the kwiX machine. Push the start button. When the blend is complete, this makes up to a 16 oz smoothie. Enjoy!
