The Ingredient Story
Cocoa
Meet Cocoa. It's what happiness tastes like. Whether it's in powder or dark chocolate form, cocoa can support a healthy heart. It's high in flavonols and polyphenols which can help lower inflammation and bad cholesterol. Studies also insist that cocoa can improve overall mood. Shocker!
Butternut Squash
You know butternut squash. It's a sweet and versatile fruit that we love. Why? To start, it's high in protein and low in calories. It's also high in vitamin B6, vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, and magnesium. It's filled with disease-fighting antioxidants, making this the perfect antioxidant-boost to any smoothie.
Walnuts
You've tried walnuts. They're that weirdly misshapen nut (sorry) that's really good for you. They're a good source of magnesium, iron, and omega-3 fat, making this the perfect heart-healthy snack for everyone. They're also high in copper, which supports overall bone health. What a health nut!

How to Blend

Tear
First, tear off the orange tab completely.

Fill
Through the flap of your cup, add liquid to the relevant fill line. We recommend milk or dairy-free milk for this recipe. Close the flap tightly.

Squeeze
After adding liquid, squeeze your cup repeatedly to ensure the food isn't stuck to the bottom of the cup.

Blend
Place the cup upside down in the kwiX machine. Push the start button. When the blend is complete, this makes up to a 16 oz smoothie. Enjoy!
