The Ingredient Story

Meet matcha. It's green tea's more intense cousin that does CrossFit "for fun" and has 1 million Instagram followers. It has a greater amount of caffeine than green tea has and offers a variety of health benefits too. To begin, it's high in antioxidants, can protect the liver, and improve brain function.

You know spinach. It's that amazing leafy green that magically decreases in size when you cook it. It's full of iron, folic acid, vitamin A, vitamin C, and more. It's high in fiber, which studies show can improve digestion. Studies also show that spinach is essential for hair, bone, and skin health too.

You've tried apples. If not, the doctors will not be kept away. They're rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber. Studies show that incorporating apples in your daily diet can help improve neurological health, prevent dementia, reduce your risk of stroke, and lower cholesterol. It's a magical fruit! Tell everyone.

How to Blend

First, tear off the orange tab completely.

Through the flap of your cup, add liquid to the relevant fill line. We recommend milk or dairy-free milk for this recipe. Close the flap tightly.

After adding liquid, squeeze your cup repeatedly to ensure the food isn't stuck to the bottom of the cup.

Place the cup upside down in the kwiX machine. Push the start button. When the blend is complete, this makes up to a 16 oz smoothie. Enjoy!
