The Ingredient Story
Cocoa
Meet cocoa. It's the source of all happiness in the world. Cocoa powder, in particular, is made by crushing cocoa beans and removing the cocoa butter. Both in powder and dark chocolate form, cocoa is high in flavanols which can help lower blood pressure. You go, cocoa!
Mint
You know mint. It's mostly known for the refreshing and cooling sensation it adds to recipes. Mint is full of antioxidants and an excellent source of vitamin A. Studies show that it can aid in digestion and improve brain function as well. It's versatile and can be added to any diet.
Chlorella
Have you tried Chlorella? It's nutrient-dense algae and the embodiment of a superfood. It's loaded with many vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 fats. In fact, three grams of chlorella has about 100 mg of omega-3s. Chlorella helps the body detox and can boost your immune system, too.

How to Blend

Tear
First, tear off the orange tab completely.

Fill
Through the flap of your cup, add liquid to the relevant fill line. We recommend milk or dairy-free milk for this recipe. Close the flap tightly.

Squeeze
After adding liquid, squeeze your cup repeatedly to ensure the food isn't stuck to the bottom of the cup.

Blend
Place the cup upside down in the kwiX machine. Push the start button. When the blend is complete, this makes up to a 16 oz smoothie. Enjoy!
