Strawberry Banana Bliss


There’s nothing more comforting than a strawberry banana smoothie. It’s a classic flavor combination, sort of like the little black dress of smoothies. We amped up this winning combo with ground chia seeds for added fiber and kiwi for added vitamin C. With natural raw blue agave syrup added for extra sweetness, this smoothie is pure bliss in 
a cup.

Meet Strawberries. They're sweet, heart-shaped, and full of essential vitamins. They're high in antioxidants, potassium, and low-calorie. They're also packed with vitamin C. In fact, one serving has more vitamin C than an orange. Suck it, oranges!


You know bananas. Everyone knows bananas. They're widely consumed around the world, mostly because they can help lower blood pressure and have high potassium content. Potassium helps our body regulate fluid levels, nerve cells to respond, and muscles to contract. That's bananas.

How to Blend


First, tear off the orange tab completely.


Through the flap of your cup, add liquid to the relevant fill line. We recommend milk or dairy-free milk for this recipe. Close the flap tightly.


After adding liquid, squeeze your cup repeatedly to ensure the food isn't stuck to the bottom of the cup.


Place the cup upside down in the kwiX machine. Push the start button. When the blend is complete, this makes up to a 16 oz smoothie. Enjoy!
