Thai Ginger Corn
Soup
Benefits

The Ingredient Story
Corn
Meet corn. It's sweet and packed with nutrients, especially Vitamin B12, iron, and folic acid. These vitamins help increase the production of red blood cells in the body and regulate insulin. It also performs stand-up routines down at the cellar every Thursday night.
Cayenne Pepper
You know cayenne peppers. I think. If you haven't, you're missing out on a metabolism-boosting food (thanks to an active ingredient called capsaicin). Cayenne can also have powerful pain-relieving properties, like a Beyonce song mid breakup.
Ginger
You've tried ginger. In some shape or form. It's considered to be one of the healthiest foods on the planet. Does it live up to the hype? It can aid digestion, control nausea symptoms, have powerful anti-inflammatory properties, and may reduce muscle pain. So, yeah, it does.

How to Blend

Tear
First, tear off the orange tab completely.

Fill
Through the flap of your cup, add warm water (and not boiling) to the fill line. Close the flap tightly.

Squeeze
After adding liquid, squeeze your cup repeatedly to ensure the food isn't stuck to the bottom of the cup.

Blend
Place the cup upside down in the Xi Machine. Push the start button. When the blend is complete, this makes up to a 14 - 15 oz soup.

Heat
Remove the lid and heat the soup in either the microwave for two minutes or in a pot over the stove. Enjoy!
